THE CREATION
Drawing from over thirty years of experience as mental health professional, spiritual guide and educator, Dr. Rosa Granadillo-Schwentker integrated her training as psychologist, shaman, dance and expressive arts therapist along with her post-doctoral research on advanced and forward-looking disciplines as energy psychology and energy medicine, into the development of this revolutionary approach.

Her expertise in higher education, holistic health, mental health services and organizational areas, allowed for the creation of shiftinNRG™.

Exploring Diverse Archetypes for Healing

About Archetypes:
Archetypes are symbols emerging most of the time from the folklore. They content the history of humanity. Jung talks about archetypes as universal prototypes of ideas. Personality’s typologies, art representations, images, particular preferences -everything seems to emerge from the collective cosmology.

The collective unconscious is where the archetypes live in the world of the universe. Accessing this universe allows for creation to take place from a genuine core center of our true self. Visual arts, sculpture or personages or characters on literature that have an impact on the community have been created while accessing this cosmic collective space. That's why they resonate with the collective mind of the community.
